Britney Spears claims she'll "probably never be performing again'

Britney Spears fans who hope that the pop singer will return to live performances 

after she has been released from the notorious conservatorship that controlled her life for over 10 years, may not want to wait for breath.

In the post posted on Instagram, Spears said she is "pretty shocked" due to her stage work under the conservatorship

stated that she will "probably never again perform" despite the success of her career thanks to her most recent Elton John collaboration, Hold me Closer.

The 40-year-old star claimed she was devastated that she was not in control of the creative process for her music videos 

when she was involuntarily under the conservatorship that was primarily overseen through her dad, Jamie Spears, from 2008 until 2021.

Spears also criticized photos of performances that conservators used to take and stated that she was not happy with the dancers
