Daniel Kaluuya joins 'Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse' as Spider-Punk

English actor Daniel Kaluuya has joined the actors in the upcoming movie superhero 'Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse' as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

The actor, who is best known for films like 'Get Out and 'Judas and The Black Messiah', will take on the role of the Spider-Punk,

a different punk-rock-inspired Spidey who struggles for the oppressed in the face that is the mighty Norman Osborn. He is actually Hobart Brown.

Hobart Brown is a relatively modern version of Spidey that was released in the year 2015. The character was developed by writer Dan Slott and artist Olivier Coipel.

"Across the Spider-Verse," produced by Justin K. Thompson, Joaquim Dos Santos as well as Kemp Powers, is the sequel to the 2018 film 'Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse'.
