Dave Chappelle mocks Kanye West's antisemitism scandal SNL, host

Comedy legend Dave Chappelle delivered an edgy monologue on Ye Kanye West, also known as Kanye West, and his antisemitic remarks during his time hosting Saturday Night Live.

Host of SNL on the show for the 3rd time in a row, Chappelle began his appearance with a statement, "I wanted to read a statement I prepared," adding,

"I renounce antisemitism in all forms and am united with my fellow Jews within the Jewish community. That, Kanye, is how you can buy yourself some time."

"I learned that there are two words in the English language that you should never say together in sequence. And those words are 'the' and 'Jews,'" Chappelle declared.

Ye has recently promoted an array of antisemitic stereotypes and tweeted that he was "going death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE," saying, "I can't be antisemitic because black people are actually Jew also."

"You guys have toyed with me and tried to blackball anyone whoever opposes your agenda," the tweet continued.

While not necessarily denying, Ye's recent comments, Chappelle said that he could understand why it would be possible to "adopt the delusion that the Jews run show business," and added,

"not a crazy thing to think -- but it's a crazy thing to say out loud in a climate like this."

In describing his personal memories of Hollywood, Chappelle said, "It's a lot of Jews. Like, a lot. But that doesn't mean anything.
