DeMar DeRozan, Bulls craft one more feel-good moment in this resurgent regular season
DeMar DeRozan did everything he could to carry the Bulls to a much-needed victory.
When Bulls forward DeMar DeRozan returned to the locker room on Thursday night
DeRozan scored a season-high 50 points and beat the Los Angeles Clippers 135-130 in overtime Thursday night.
DeRozan finished two points shy of his career-high.
DeRozan scored 17 points in the fourth quarter
Added 10 more in overtime to lead the Bulls to a 16-point second-half comeback over the Clippers
It was DeRozan's second career 50-point game and first since Jan. 1, 2018.
"It felt like a bomb went off inside my head," DeRozan said. "Just frustrated with me."
"The win is more meaningful," he said after the game. "I wanted to win this game badly.
A win Thursday looked unlikely for the Bulls as the fourth quarter winded down.
