Emilia Clarke Replacing Amber Heard in 'Aquaman 2'

In the wake of calls from fans calling for Warner Bros. to replace Amber Heard as Mera

In DC's Aquaman franchise, a conceptual design has brought Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke in the role.

Amber Heard was originally cast as Mera in the film 2017's Justice League before reprising the part for James Wan's Aquaman in the year 2018.

After her recent trial for a crime against her ex-husband Johnny Depp, in which she was found guilty of having been a slur on Depp, many fans have been begging to see her replaced by the DCEU.

One suggestion that has been popular to replace Mera is Emilia Clarke, who famously played Daenerys Targaryen on the HBO series Game of Thrones.
