Eminem received the backing of his 26-year-old daughter Hailie Jade when Eminem was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Los Angeles on Nov. 5.

The rapper of 50 was honored along with a host of other stars, like Duran Duran, Dolly Parton, and Lionel Richie,

According to Billboard, Eminem was introduced by his long-time collaborator and friend, Dr. Dre

"I believed that his talent was undisputed," Dr. Dre declared about Eminem when he spoke about how people tried to deter Eminem from working with the rapper after they first met.

In the course of his acceptance speech, Eminem also performed a few of his best hits including "My Name is," Forever," and "Not Afraid," and brought out special guests Ed Sheeran and Steven Tyler.

"I'm never supposed to be present this evening," he told the audience after his performance. "One I'm a rapper. Two I nearly died due to an overdose.
