Even Marvel admits that Doctor Doom Isn't A Villain No More

Marvel's Doctor Doom was once one of the most formidable and terrifying villains in comics,

but recent events suggest that the company doesn't consider him to be a true villain.

The classic costume of Victor Von Doom's incredibly magical and technological strength and penchant for long-winded rants make Doom a popular fan favorite of Marvel villains.

The character often appears to frighten almost every major group of heroes.

However, A.X.E: Judgment Day #4 implies that the company is of the opinion that his numerous murders and acts as a dictator ought to be kept under wraps.

Doom has more than 60 years of comics' history and a lot of it is known: as a former colleague and friend to Reed Richards,

he oversaw an experiment that horribly scarred his face when a mathematical mistake caused the machine to fail.

In the belief that Reed Richards was the culprit, Doom swore to destroy his former friend and then started to gain more authority.

In the end, he was able to take over the European Latveria country and was able to rule the country as a dictator,
