Harry Styles stokes sexuality debate with 'My Policeman' premiere in Toronto 

Harry Styles, the pop superstar discussed the complexity of sexuality. 

He said that he found the closeted homosexual man in his 1950s drama "My Policeman" depressing. 

His latest film premiered at the Toronto Film Festival Sunday. 

The festival organizers hail "breakthrough year" at North America's largest film festival. 

This includes Billy Eichner's romcom "Bros" as well as the highly acclaimed gay military drama, "The Inspection." 

"But the world premiere of Styles's latest movie comes as the British actor-singer faces allegations

including his gender-non-conforming fashion choices, while keeping his own sexuality ambiguous.
