After losing Tuesday night's primary, Republican Liz Cheney stepped up her attack on Donald Trump.

She claimed that Trump was spreading "insidious lies" by claiming that FBI agents searched Trump's Florida home to find political motivations.

As part of an investigation into illegal removals of critical papers from Trump's White House

federal agents took boxes of documents from Trump's Palm Beach resort.

Trump claimed, without supporting evidence, that the investigation and agents involved in it were part of a conspiracy to harm him politically.

In a speech admitting her Tuesday night loss, U.S. Representative Cheney stated that "This is another insidious lying."

Trump knows that accepting these conspiracies can trigger violence and threats to violence, she said. It happened again on Jan. 6.

Trump was furious when Cheney voted to impeach him for inciting the Jan. 6th 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

His supporters were involved in the assault.
