The former Liverpool forward Luis Suarez was reduced to tears while he said his farewell to Nacional on Sunday.

The Uruguayan forward signed a new contract with his former club during the summer of 2012 and had a fantastic return after winning the title for the third time in their win in the past four years.

In a twist, the Montevideo club won the title against counterparts in the city of cross-city competition Liverpool named after Liverpool, the Merseyside giants.

Despite his huge achievement, Suarez is not set to return to his hometown as it has been declared that he'll depart this club when he reaches the conclusion period of the contract.
