Meghan Trainor is "Takin' It Back" With Her New Album

Meghan Trainor brought the world into her unique neo-doo-wop style in 2014, with her smash songs "All about That Bass" and "Lips Are Movin" which were taken from her album debut Title.

Trainor released her sophomore album Thank You in the year following and featured the Grammy-winning artist straying into more conventional pop music,

working with Yo Gotti in contrast her previous collaboration with John Legend on Title.

Treat Myself, her album for 2020 included more of Thank You's spirit when she joined forces alongside Nicki Minaj and The Pussycat Dolls to record songs.

Then, Trainor is ready to bring back the music that initially brought her up to number one on Billboard Hot 100 in 2014.

Her fourth album, a traditional studio album Takin' The Back comes out today during the entire album's length,

Trainor works to not simply recreate her sound from the beginning but also bring it into the future with her own distinctive style.

If the lead track "Bad for You" featuring singer Teddy Swims, is "Like I'm Going to lose You" of the album, then the second track "Made You Look" is the spiritual follow-up of "All About that Bass."
