Mike Tyson's transformation over 30 years is a testament to how great an athlete he has been

Mike Tyson is, without doubt, one of the greatest boxers to ever enter a ring.

From 1987 to 1990, Tyson was the undisputed champion of the world heavyweight division.

He won his first 19 professional fights via knockout. Twelve of them were in the first round.

He still holds the record for the youngest boxer to win a heavyweight championship. He won his first title when he was 20 years old.

Photos of Tyson's transformation show that he is as strong as he was at his peak in the late 80s or early 90s.

He fought Roy Jones Jr. in an exhibition bout of eight rounds in November 2020.

The outcome was controversially declared a draw despite CompuBox statistics showing that Tyson outclassed Jones quite a bit.

Tyson is in a remarkable state of health. According to The Sun, Tyson eats between 3,000 and 4,000 calories per day.

This includes three meals and two snack periods.
