Offset Makes Subtle First Social Media Memorial To Takeoff After His Death

Migos ' rapper Takeoff, who was born Kirshnik Khari Ball passed away on the 1st of November at 28 years old according to TMZ.

Takeoff was shot in the vicinity of 810 Billiards and Bowling located in Houston, Texas, after having reportedly played a game of dice along with Quavo and other people before things became violent.

An unidentified suspect started shooting, and Takeoff was declared dead after medical personnel arrived at the scene, according to TMZ.

According to CNN two others were wounded and shot in the shooting, however, their injuries aren't life-threatening.

Migos Record company, Quality Control Music, issued a statement on Instagram in the wake of the tragedy on Instagram and stated,

"Senseless violence and a stray bullet have taken another life from this world and we are devastated."

An investigation is in progress to determine who is the person responsible for the death of Takeoff while Fans continue to grieve the deceased musician.

Houston Police Chief Troy Finner and Sgt. Michael Arrington of the city's department of homicide is urging witnesses to share any details.

"A lot of people that were there fled the scene and did not stick around to give a statement," Arrington told CNN (via CNN).
