She's got legs, and she is able to make use of them! In her most recent posting on Instagram, Nina Dobrev shows off her legs for miles in a stylish Fendi swimsuit.

"Gotta put your best foot forward," the former Vampire Diaries star captioned her Instagram image.

Nina's diet is about portion control. "I used to eat three full meals, and then I would not be able to move after each meal.

I would be so full and tired. Now, I eat all the time but portion control is what's important for me--I'm eating more in total but not more at a time.

I aim to have the size of my thumb in fat, the size of my palm in protein, and then unlimited veggies. I wish I'd learned this in school," she said to Shape.

Nina isn't required to force herself to sweat. "I just love working out," she stated to Women's Health.

The "workout cocktail" includes yoga and running, weight training boxing, as well as classes for groups.

Nina is a huge fan of steam rooms. "I need to sweat every single day somehow, even if it's just in the steam room," she stated to Women's Health.
