"In a strange way, it is a time capsule. It is a period in my life where I look back and feel bad for that particular version of me."

Gomez answered a question about her younger self and said that she wishes she had taken a break whenever she needed it.

"I believe my advice is to never be afraid. I have never been afraid to tell people I want to take some time for myself.
