An ex-Playboy model charged with the murder of the 71-year-old psychiatrist police believes helped pay for her medical bills, pleaded guilty

Turner entered into an Alford plea on Wednesday according to court records.

As part of a deal by the attorneys involved in the case Turner maintains her innocence however, she pleaded guilty to a Second-degree murder conviction.

Las Vegas police said Burchard was a tourist across California and returned to Las Vegas, where Turner was living at the time, to end their two-year romance
